Style or design changes (article exchange) are not allowed.

Exchange Process :

We provide a doorstep exchange service for your convenience.
Our rider will pick up the item and deliver the replacement at the same time.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging.
Courier charges will apply for size exchanges.

Important Notes :

Exchange is subject to stock availability. If your size is out of stock, you can wait for a restock.
Items with visible wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Doorstep exchange service may not be available in certain cities. Alternative solutions will be provided if needed.
Exchange requests can take 1-2 weeks to process, depending on stock and logistics.

✅ Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, as it is part of the product.
✅ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
